I work as an outreach worker supporting people experiencing homelessness, and the individual differences between those I work with are enormous.  There is no typical homeless person.  The gov has a big mission on its hands.</description>

They were one of the instigators to implement a long term strategy instead of knee jerk policies that seem to suit politicians.
